With ~14 years in client facing positions it's impossible not to see everything from the buyer's viewpoint.  I've always had an interest in social media and decided to pivot my career and skillset to community management and marketing. Since making the switch, I've been fortunate to work with multiple Fortune 500 companies (some of whom are under NDA) and helped each brand find their place within their community to further drive loyalty and engagement.
